A Judgement Against Diabetic Alert Dog Trainers

On August 4, 2010 complaints were heard in Randall County Texas, Precinct 1, small claims court against defendants Ann and Oscar Pulliam d/b/a/ Betheden Kennels.

Heaven Scent Paws also mentioned in article. BethEden has a long history of defrauding diabetics by placing untrained dogs as DADs, and not standing behind their contracts. They fled TX and relocated to OKC continuing their practices.

I have been following this for a few years.

Yet another case of some $!#%^$%^%^&$$@#@#%^ taking advantage of the disabled or someone who has a chronic illness to line their own pockets.   I hope the dogs all pee on their shoes!!!!!

That's the same kennel that hand delivered a dog (GSD) to a kid somewhere else and the dog didn't want to walk from the plane to the terminal and then acted like he had never had any public access training.  Some TV station did a piece on it and AP made it sound like the dog was just a "bit overwhelmed".
My relationship with my SD is like a marriage.  In fact, my two-legged husband calls Scooter "The Other Man".
