roxie I'm so sorry for your loss, your post reminded me of my cat whom we had put to sleep because she had gotten very ill. I still very much miss my cat dot, She was my first pet and my best friend.  Sara, had a very good friend in you, and though she is no longer here physically she is always with you in your heart.

*Hugs*

Nik and I send our long distance hugs to you.  I followed this with great interest just to see how she would fair and what she had.

Thank you for sharing this hard part of you life with us.

Roxie - My deepest, most heartfelt condolences go to you. Sara had a wonderful life and she was as blessed to have you as her person as you were to have her as your dog.

We are all here if you need anything.  :ilu:

I know I am late to this but I wanted to offer my support as well.

I'm very sorry but I'm glad that Sara is in peace now and I'm glad that the vet was understanding.  HUGS!!
